Gyroscopic flights of fancy

I am the smartest man alive. So last week in chemistry lab, I dissolved aluminum foil with 3 molar Potassium Hydroxide... then added 9 molar sulfuric acid... which created aluminum potassium solphate dodecahydrate.... now.. I was supposed to take this home and air dry it...

I checked it out today and it didn't seem too dry... so I figured.. what the heck.. lets put it in the oven for a little bit... and now i've melted my crystals :p I am a putz.

Fortunately I think we're going to have to submit our sample to a flame test tomorrow anyways... maybe I can cover up my mistake a little.. and pull something good out of my butt.

or.. not.. nevermind.. just finished reading the Lab.. we only use a negligable amount of alum... I'm hooped

Wednesdays.. lovely days of the week I'm sure.. trying to fill one's days with excitement is a chore.. rather curl up with a book..
